WWE has announced that The Hart Foundation's Bret Hart and Jim Neidhart will be inducted into the 2019 WWE Hall of Fame class.
Hart and Neidhart are two time WWF Tag Team Champions, winning the titles in 1987 and 1990.
Notably, their manager Jimmy Hart is not being inducted as part of the group as had been rumored. Jimmy Hart was already inducted as a solo act in 2005. Bret was inducted as a solo wrestler in 2006.
Hart and Neidhart join D-Generation X (Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Chyna, Billy Gunn, Road Dogg, X-Pac), Torrie Wilson, Harlem Heat and The Honky Tonk Man as confirmed inductees for the 2019 class. Veteran WWE employee Sue Aitchison will receive The Warrior Award.
The 2019 WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony will take place on Saturday, April 6 from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn during WrestleMania 35 weekend.
