Raw General Manager Kurt Angle has announced Ronda Rousey’s first WWE TV singles match for next Monday’s show in Jacksonville, Florida. She will be facing Alicia Fox.
Ronda Rousey’s suspension has ended and she made her return on this week’s Raw. Rousey was at ringside looking out for her good friend Natalya in her match against Alicia Fox. Natalya ended up losing the match thanks to some interference by Raw Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss.
After the match, Rousey tried to get the upper hand against Fox and Bliss but ended up getting ambushed by the two. However, in a backstage segment, a frustrated Rousey asked Kurt Angle to grant her a match against Bliss before Summerslam. Angle, however, gave Rousey a match against Fox and hence announced the debut match for Rousey on Raw.
Rousey is scheduled to face Bliss in a title match at the August 19th WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view from Brooklyn.
