Here are the WWE NXT results for January 30, 2019. This week's episode of NXT featured a recap of events from TakeOver: Phoenix as well as Street Profits vs. Forgotten Sons and Shirai and Sane against Duke and Shafir.
WWE NXT Results:
1. Kairi Sane and Io Shirai defeated Marina Shafir and Jessamyn Duke when Kairi pinned Marina with the Insane Elbow.
- After a recap of the North American Championship match from TakeOver, Johnny Gargano tells Sarah Schreiber that he promised he would win at TakeOver and he delivered, and it feels great.
- A recap of the NXT Women's Championship match airs. Afterward, in another Sarah Schreiber interview, Bianca Belair says being undefeated is a state of mind and she still is.
- The NXT Tag Team Championship match gets a video package recap, followed by a Cathy Kelley interview with War Raiders, who say they did what they said they would do and their reign starts now.
- Matt Riddle vs. Kassius Ohno is recapped. Riddle's post-match interview is him saying nothing much, just reiterating that he made Ohno tap out.
- Now it's time for a recap of the NXT Championship match and a promo for Halftime Heat.
2. Forgotten Sons defeated Street Profits via pinfall when they pinned Angelo with the Memory Remains.
