Here are the WWE Raw results for September 10, 2018. The show featured appearances by Mick Foley and Triple H, plus the B-Team's rematch against Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre for the Raw Tag Team Championships.
WWE Raw Results:
- Dolph Ziggler, Drew McIntyre and Braun Strowman opened the show by leading a parade of Raw's heels down the ramp. As the rest of the baddies circled the ring and cheered, the three bragged about beating up the Shield last week. Braun referred to the other two as his Dogs of War. Dolph praised the other heels for standing up to the Shield, and Drew talked about the balance of power shifting to them. The Shield entered through the audience and beat everybody up with ax handles that Dean Ambrose provided. The segment ended with a stare down between the two trios.
- In a clip from their YouTube channel, the Bella Twins arrived at their dressing room and found that the Riott Squad have trashed it.
- As the show returned from commercial, the Shield were backstage, still holding ax handles, and arguing with four cops. Baron Corbin broke it up and told the Shield they'd have to leave the arena or risk another arrest and the forfeit of Roman and Seth’s titles. Roman, Seth, and Dean dropped their ax handles and walked away.
1. Nikki Bella defeated Ruby Riott. Nikki hit the Rack Attack 2.0 to pin Ruby.
- The Big Show hosted a Connor's Cure segment where he introduced a group of Louisiana kids who've adopted superheroic wrestling personas.
- Backstage, Drake Maverick gave the Authors of Pain a heelish pep talk for their match.
2. The Authors of Pain defeated Roddy Ace and Nathan Bradley. The Authors toyed with the local talent before hitting the Super Collider for an easy pin. Also, everyone seems to just be calling them AOP now.
- A bunch of cops were standing around their paddy wagon when Triple H got out of his limo.
- Triple H cut an in-ring promo about how he's going to beat the Undertaker at Super Showdown even though everybody expects Taker to win.
3. Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre defeated the B-Team.
Dolph and Drew simultaneously kicked Bo Dallas and Drew got the pin.
Then Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose showed up out of nowhere to beat up
the winners.
- Baron Corbin threatens to have Seth and Dean arrested, but they claim "The Shield" is gone because they're just Seth and Dean now (wearing their own T-shirts and everything). Then Seth brings out the Sheriff of Orleans Parish who starts to arrest Corbin.
- Kevin Owens is supposed to have a match with Tyler Breeze, but beats him down before the bell. Then he says that acting GM Baron Corbin got him to come back to Raw by telling KO he can do whatever he wants without repercussions. So by beating up Breeze or anyone else he wants, Kevin's doing his job.
4. Bobby Roode and Chad Gable defeated the Ascension. Chad pinned Viktor after a bridging suplex.
- Baron Corbin found Ziggler and McIntyre in the locker room and told them that they're facing Seth and Dean for the Tag Team Championships at Hell in a Cell.
5. Ronda Rousey and Natalya defeated Alexa Bliss and Mickie James. For a while Alexa and Mickie seemed to have the upper hand, but eventually Ronda caught Mickie in the arm bar, and she tapped out immediately.
- Backstage, Elias chided a PA for giving him tea that's not chamomile. Meanwhile, Braun Strowman was on a rampage, looking for Roman Reigns and throwing random guys around.
- Charly Caruso asked Ronda Rousey if she's worried about Sunday after her ribs took some hits in tonight's tag match, but she proclaimed that she's not hurt, and even if she was she's still the best.
- Mick Foley interrupted an Elias performance with his entrance, but then complimented Elias's musical ability before telling him he's an insincere lyricist. Elias then revealed that as a child he watched Mick's Hell in a Cell match against the Undertaker live in the arena. After plenty of talk about that match, Mick revealed that at this Sunday he'll be inside the Cell as a Special Referee for the Roman Reigns/Braun Strowman match. Before leaving, Foley makes a match between Elias and Finn Bálor.
- Braun Strowman continued to stomp around backstage, yelling for Roman as people ran away.
6. Finn Bálor defeated Elias. Bálor failed to hit the Coup De Grace, but then rolled up Elias and got the pin anyway.
- In a video from earlier today, Lio Rush excitedly tried to motivate Bobby Lashley while he lifted weights. Bobby seemed annoyed at first, but gave in.
- Charly started to ask Braun a question, but he grabbed the mic and asked where Roman was. She suggested he go to the ring and let Reigns find him. So after a commercial break he did just that, cutting a promo on Roman until the Big Dog's music started to play. There was no sign of Roman at first, until he appeared standing on the announce table and Superman punched Braun. The two brawled until Reigns Samoan Dropped Strowman off the announce table onto the floor. Roman got up and stood tall on the stage as the show ended, although he was visibly in pain.
